As the Senior Creative Producer at Linger, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to transforming our clients' business objectives into compelling creative marketing initiatives. My role spans a wide range of responsibilities, from crafting campaign concepts and strategic marketing plans to fostering team development and overseeing content creation. Every day is a mix of hands-on creative work and strategic oversight, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds our high standards of excellence.
I am immensely proud of the growth we've driven for our clients through our unique approach. I directly contribute to and manage the creative direction of every major project, nurturing client relationships and guiding our team to new heights of creative achievement. My hands-on leadership has been pivotal in securing new business and managing ongoing engagements, sustaining Linger's growth and enhancing our presence in the competitive Colorado Springs market.
Below, I highlight two of our most successful campaigns at Linger, showcasing the impactful results and innovative strategies that define our agency.
Having a community recogonize you as “one of them” is beyond essential. Linger needed to communicate that to the City of Colorado Springs.
So we wrote them a letter.
A multi media campaign built as an open letter.
We built the campaign around the idea of “watering the grass at your feet instead of looking for greener pastures.” This particularly resonates with the Springs as so many people leave it searching for better opportunities.
Focusing on the meanfiul moments that we experienced in our city, we produced the following creative assets:
- 7 video vignettes exploring a meaningful moment in Colorado Springs.
- A Photo collection paralleling the vignettes
- Collaborative Graphics with copy written by other local businesses, sharing a meaningful moment they experienced in the Springs
- A flagship open letter video compiling all the vignettes.
Here are some of the results of this campaign:
- Social Media Followers: Increased by about 30%
- Client work: Increased by about 15%
We had overwhelming feedback from the community and key players saying “This gave me goosebumps, you represented my favorite place so well!” and “For me this was your most evocative piece yet. Felt deeply.”
Imagine a basement brimming with eclectic prints, musical instruments, and couches sourced from Facebook Marketplace. This creative haven is where my team and I conceived the Equinox.
The Equinox is an event designed to engage our community, expand our audience, and forge new business relationships—and it succeeded remarkably in doing so. In Colorado Springs, where innovative events are scarce, we identified an opportunity to transform this gap into a creative playground. Recognizing the challenges inherent in B2B marketing, where traditional digital tactics often require multiple steps to secure a new lead or client, we reimagined the conventional B2B funnel through the Equinox.
This event, which combined boundary-pushing creativity with genuine enjoyment for attendees at no cost, proved straightforward to market. It functioned as a powerful lead magnet, boosted our social media engagement, and enhanced brand awareness.
We extended personal invitations to potential and existing clients, with a strategic focus on highly desired leads, offering them a spotlight at the event through a video gallery that featured short films highlighting significant moments from their businesses—films that we produced.
Linger’s ethos—centered on emotional engagement, mindfulness, and beauty—resonated deeply with the theme of the Equinox, a time of reflection and projection at the juncture of the seasons. Every element of the event was infused with creativity: from branded custom cocktails and complimentary video portraits to curated scents and bespoke floral arrangements.
We hosted two editions of the Equinox:
Fall Equinox 2023:
- Expected Attendance: 80
- Actual Attendance: 130
- Email List Growth: Over 70%
- Social Media Follower Increase: 37%
- Post-Event Client Workload Increase: 43%
Spring Equinox 2024:
- Expected Attendance: 170
- Actual Attendance: Over 200
- Email List Growth: Over 50%
- Social Media Follower Increase: Over 20%
- Post-Event Client Workload Increase: 58%
The beauty of our approach lies in its subtlety. My philosophy in marketing and creative direction is to create meaningful experiences, trust in the value added to people’s lives and businesses, and strive to understand our audience on an emotional level.
